Handling Time: 

  • For the products in stock, our warehouse normal handling time is 1-2 working days.
  • For the orders confirmed and paid before 11:30 am (Sydney Time), the shipment will be arranged at the same day, or the shipment will be arranged at the next day.
  • For the custom-made products , eg. Custom forged wheels, the delivery time might be refer to the production process, please do not be hesitate to ask for a quote and estimated time plan at Market@cybermetals.com.au

Ship in Australia : 

  • We offer the local freight service to the Australia nation-wide. For the most metro areas the shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the check out.
  • If you are located in a remote area, our sales team will contact you after reviewing your order to confirm if any additional freight charges apply.

Shipping Period in Australia :

All the orders normally will be shipped using ALLIED/AU POST/SENDLE for the local delivery.

  • VIC : 1-2 Working days
  • NSW(ACT)/SA : 2-3 Working days
  • TAS : 3-5 Working days
  • QLD: 3-6 Working days
  • WA: 5-8 Working days
  • NT: 6-9 Working days
  • New-Zealand : Depending on the airfreight or the Sea shipping. 

* Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical address for successful delivery.

Pickup in store

Once you’ve placed your order online, please contact us to book a pickup time. 
Make sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your order. 
After we confirm all the details, we will send you a Pick-up Ticket via email. Please bring your Pick-up Ticket when you come to collect your order.
