Custom Orders – Not Eligible for Return
- Return and refund conditions do not apply to custom-made or special-order products.
- Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed once the company has received the return goods and confirmation of the product(s)original condition.
- All products that have been mounted or used will not be accepted for return.
- Any order paid via any finance option are not eligible for refund.
- Any wheels&tyres package is not eligible for refund.
Any Mounted Product(s) is Non-Refundable. All charges incurred in the order, including shipping, and credit card fees are Non-refundable if it is not a faulty product issue.
Submit a qualified return request
- 1.We only offer the warranty to the original buyer. Any second-hand or traded product(s)is not valid to the company warranty policy .
- 2. Offline retail customers must submit a return request through the retailer where they originally purchased the product.
- 3. The return product to be requested must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition and original packing, including the Free parts or accessories.
- 4. There is a 10% restocking fee + 2.5%Credit Card Charge(if applicable )for returns for return made after 60 days of delivery/pick up.
- 5. NO returns accepted after 60 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Procedures to follow while making a claim/return
- Submit your claim or your account manager to make the company aware of your claim.
- Include the following items:
- A copy of the original invoice for the warranted wheels/products.
- A written statement or email explaining the problem you have encountered, the circumstances in which the problem occurred, and the year, make, and model of the vehicle on which the wheels were initially installed.
- Clear photo(s) of laser mark of SN number and product information for the warranted wheels/products, which usually located at the inner barrel of the wheels. or Clear photo(s) of the label of the packing boxes which shows the SN number and product information.
- If you are requesting a return of more than one product, photos of the each product requested can clearly show the different issues on each product.
- Upon receipt of the product(s), Company will inspect them per the warranty claim and contact the customer to determine the appropriate course of action. If it is determined that upon inspection of the returned product(s), it qualifies under the terms of this warranty, Company, will at their own expense, either repair or replace the warranted wheel(s) at its sole discretion.
- Company assume no responsibility for re-sending, removing or re-installing the wheels on the vehicle, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, convenience, or other consequential expense.
- If the quality of the product is confirmed in advance, the company will arrange a freight company to pick up the product. The customer has to label the product on time and give it to the scheduled freight company according to the company's requirements.
- If the customer sends the goods back on his own, the customer will be responsible for the arrival of the product. Until the goods arrival are confirmed by the company, they will be considered as not returned.
- Retention of Title: Goods listed in this invoice remain the property of Cyber Metals Australia until payment is received in full.
