Pre-Order Policy

At CyberMetals, we understand that placing a pre-order is a decision built on both anticipation and trust. When you choose to secure a product before it is available for immediate dispatch, you are not only locking in a special price, but also relying on us to deliver your order with transparency, consistency, and care.

Pre-orders are offered at exclusive pricing, allowing customers to secure stock ahead of arrival at a reduced rate compared to in-stock products. Each confirmed pre-order reserves a dedicated unit from incoming inventory, meaning availability is limited and allocation is strictly managed.

The estimated arrival time (ETA) shown on pre-order product pages refers to the expected arrival timeframe of stock into our warehouse. While we aim to provide accurate timelines, these dates are indicative only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including shipping delays, weather conditions, port congestion, or customs inspections. In the event of any delay, the ETA will be updated accordingly. Once your order is placed, our team will provide ongoing updates to keep you informed, ensuring clarity and peace of mind throughout the waiting period.

As each pre-order secures an inventory allocation, cancellations prior to dispatch will incur a 5% cancellation fee. This reflects administrative, allocation, and payment processing costs. Once an order has been dispatched, standard return conditions apply. If a return is due to a verified product fault, CyberMetals will arrange return freight and cover associated costs. For non-defective returns or change-of-mind requests, a total fee of 12.5% (10% restocking fee + 2.5% processing fee) will apply, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

To support customers who commit early, CyberMetals offers Pre-Order Price Protection on eligible unshipped orders. If the price of an identical wheel or spare tyre kit is reduced on our website during a promotional period before dispatch, you may request a refund of the price difference. Once verified, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method. This applies only where the product model, specification, and finish are exactly the same and does not extend to accessory items, shipping fees, promotional bundles, complimentary products, or clearance items. Only one price adjustment may be approved per order.

All price protection requests must be submitted within the applicable promotional period and are subject to review to ensure fairness and consistency across all customers. CyberMetals reserves the right to assess eligibility and administer this policy at its discretion.
