If the price of an eligible wheel or spare tyre kit is reduced on the CyberMetals website within 15 days of your order date, you may request a refund of the price difference. Once verified, the approved amount will be returned to your original payment method.

This policy is intentionally focused to ensure clarity and fairness. It applies only to wheels and spare tyre kits and does not extend to accessory items, shipping or freight charges, promotional bundles, complimentary gifts, or clearance products. Price protection applies only where the product, specification, and finish are identical, and only one adjustment may be made per order.

To ensure consistency and fairness for all customers, price protection requests must be submitted within 15 days from the original order date and are subject to verification. CyberMetals reserves the right to assess eligibility and administer this policy at its discretion.
