Best Price Guarantee Policy - Spare Tyre Kit

1. Scope of Application

1.1 This policy applies exclusively to complete spare tyre kits sold by CyberMetals®, including wheel, tyre, jack, and all specified components. It does not cover individual items, accessories sold separately, second-hand goods, or non-kit configurations.
1.2 This policy is valid only for customers who purchase directly through our official CyberMetals® channels (e.g. cybermetals.com.au).

2. Policy Statement

We are committed to offering the best value for our customers. If a customer finds a publicly advertised price for an identical product with the same model, specifications, and full kit contents, CyberMetals® guarantees to offer the same kit at a price at least 5% lower — provided all terms and conditions are met.

Please note: This comparison excludes shipping costs and taxes. Customers participating in this policy are not eligible for other concurrent discount promotions.

3. Exclusions

The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:
3.1 Time-limited promotions, flash sales, bundles, or package deals.
3.2 Prices for second-hand, refurbished, auctioned, or privately resold items.
3.3 Prices from non-official or unverifiable sellers, or prices lacking transparent documentation.
3.4 Price match requests submitted outside the permitted timeframe.

4. Customer Eligibility

4.1 The competitor’s price must be publicly available and valid within 3 days of the request submission.
4.2 The request must include all of the following:
• Product brand, model, and full kit specification
• Verifiable proof of the lower price (e.g. official website link, printed advertisement, digital catalogue)

5. Request & Verification Process

5.1 Customer Submission
Customers must submit a complete request via our official contact form or email.

5.2 Initial Review (Within 2 Business Days)
Our team will review the information for completeness, product match, and price validity. If information is missing, we will contact the customer for clarification.

5.3 Final Verification & Approval
CyberMetals® will confirm that the competitor’s offer matches our full kit specification and complies with all terms. We will also review any applicable exclusions.

5.4 Customer Response (Within 3 Business Days)
Once verified, our team will inform the customer whether the request has been approved.
• If approved, we will apply the 5% discount via a custom discount code or price adjustment.
• If declined, we will explain the reason with reference to this policy.

For post-purchase claims, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, CyberMetals® will provide store credit valid for 12 months, equal to the difference.

5.5 Appeals Process
If the customer disagrees with the outcome, they may submit an appeal within 2 business days. The case will be escalated to senior management, and a final decision will be issued within 2 additional business days. This decision is binding.
