For in-stock products, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During public holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping within Australia
We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
For most metro areas, delivery is completed within standard timeframes. For remote or regional areas, additional shipping charges or extended delivery times may apply. Our team will contact you if further confirmation is required.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker addresses. A physical delivery address is required.

We now offer delivery to New Zealand via air freight.

Remote & Rural Areas
Delivery to remote or rural locations may incur additional shipping charges or extended delivery times. If your address is outside the metro cities, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
Warehouse Pickup (Melbourne)
Warehouse pickup is available from our Melbourne location.
Standard pickup orders require a minimum of 2 business days for preparation.
Pickup hours: 10:00am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
For urgent orders, Express Pickup is available for eligible orders at an additional fee.
Once ready, a Pickup Ticket will be issued via email. Please present your Pickup Ticket when collecting your order.
Pickup Holding Policy
Pickup orders are held free of charge for 7 calendar days from the scheduled pickup date.
- After 7 days: $25 Restocking Fee per order
- Each additional week: $10 Administration Fee per order
All outstanding fees must be paid before the order can be released for collection.
