For in-stock products, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 10:30 AM (Melbourne time) on business days will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.
During public holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping within Australia
We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
For most metro areas, delivery is completed within standard timeframes. For remote or regional areas, additional shipping charges or extended delivery times may apply. Our team will contact you if further confirmation is required.

Warehouse Pickup (Melbourne)
Warehouse pickup is available from our Melbourne location.
Please allow at least 2 business days for order preparation. Once ready, a pickup confirmation and Pickup Ticket will be sent to your email.
Please present your Pickup Ticket when collecting your order.
You may also choose to upgrade to our Express Warehouse Pickup Service for same-day collection. Additional fees apply.
