Warehouse Pickup (Melbourne)

Warehouse pickup is available from our Melbourne location.

Standard pickup orders require a minimum of 2 business days for preparation.

Pickup hours: 10:00am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

For urgent orders, Express Pickup is available for eligible orders at an additional fee.

Once ready, a Pickup Ticket will be issued via email. Please present your Pickup Ticket when collecting your order.

Pickup Holding Policy

Pickup orders are held free of charge for 7 calendar days from the scheduled pickup date.

After 7 days: $25 Restocking Fee per order
Each additional week: $10 Administration Fee per order

All outstanding fees must be paid before the order can be released for collection.

Good quality on all parts.
When it arrived i fitted it to make sure it fitted every thing was high quality from the bag to the jack to rim and tyre.
The only disappointment was it doesnt fit under carpeted area in boot and has to sit in boot which takes up extra room.
And the time it took to arrive was a bit annoying ordered about 10th may and didnt arrive til mid july.
The company keep me up-to-date will emails on timeline also the price has dropped since i ordered in may i paid $650 now selling for 580
But overall great product and very happy with it
