By visiting, viewing, or ordering from the CyberMetals website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement governs all transactions conducted with CyberMetals, operated by VASTY ALPHA CORPORATION PTY LTD (ABN: 20 645 380 721), including but not limited to orders placed online, by phone, by email, or through any other approved sales channel.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “the Company” refer to CyberMetals. The terms “you”, “your”, and “customer” refer to website users, customers, resellers, partners, or any visitors to our website.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time at our sole discretion by publishing updated terms on our website. Unless otherwise specified, all changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

  • The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia and the relevant State or Territory applicable to the supply of goods.

Intended Use

  • All materials on this website, including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, advertisements, and downloadable content, are published by CyberMetals and made available to a global audience. If this website is accessed from outside Australia, such access is undertaken at the user’s own risk and in compliance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
  • By using this website, you acknowledge that different terms and conditions may apply to Australian and international customers.
  • All publicly available content may be viewed by the general public and may only be copied for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use of any material is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from CyberMetals.
  • Registered users may include, but are not limited to, members of the general public, employees, or representatives of companies, associations, government bodies, or other legal entities.

Custom Orders – Not Eligible for Return

  • Return and refund conditions do not apply to custom-made or special-order products.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after returned goods have been received and inspected, and the product(s) confirmed to be in original condition.
  • Following inspection, approved refunds enter the finance processing workflow. Processing typically requires 5–10 business days from the date the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item(s). An automatic email notification is issued once the refund has been completed. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
  • Fees paid for optional services, including but not limited to the Express Warehouse Pickup Service and Shipping Protection, are generally non-refundable. Once pickup preparation has commenced, Express Warehouse Pickup Service fees are non-refundable. Any refund request relating to optional services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and remains at the sole discretion of CyberMetals.
    Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
  • Products that have been mounted, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests based on a spare tyre not fitting within the vehicle’s spare wheel well will be treated as a non-defective return or buyer’s change-of-mind return. Due to variations in spare wheel well dimensions across different vehicle models and manufacturers, CyberMetals cannot guarantee that every spare tyre will fit within the original storage compartment. Under our standard return policy, such returns require the buyer to arrange and cover the return freight. Additional restocking fees may also apply once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Orders paid using finance or payment plan options are not eligible for refund.
  • Wheel and tyre packages are not eligible for refund.
  • Pre-order items are subject to separate cancellation and return conditions due to inventory allocation. Cancellations prior to dispatch may incur a 5% cancellation fee. Once dispatched, non-defective returns may incur restocking and processing fees, with return freight at the buyer’s expense. For full details, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.

Mounted or installed products are non-refundable. All charges incurred in the order, including shipping and processing fees, are non-refundable where the return does not relate to a verified product fault.

New Zealand Returns & Refund Conditions

Orders delivered to New Zealand are subject to the following additional return and refund conditions due to the nature of international shipping and handling.

Non-Defective Returns
Returns for change of mind or other non-quality-related reasons may be accepted; however, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight, duties, taxes, and any associated clearance fees. Standard restocking and processing fees continue to apply as outlined in this Refund Policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product is received in a faulty or incorrect condition, CyberMetals will provide an appropriate resolution once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team.

To initiate a claim, clear photos or videos together with order details must be provided for assessment. Once verified, CyberMetals will determine the most suitable solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Due to the high cost and complexity of international return logistics, CyberMetals reserves the right to determine whether return of the product is required. In many cases, a resolution may be provided without requiring the item to be shipped back.

By placing an order for delivery to New Zealand, you acknowledge and accept these conditions as part of our international shipping and returns policy.

Submit a Qualified Return Request

  • Warranty and return rights are available only to the original buyer. Any second-hand or traded product(s) are not eligible under the company’s warranty policy.
  • Offline retail customers must submit a return request through the retailer from whom the product was originally purchased.
  • The product being returned must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and original packaging, including any complimentary parts or accessories supplied with the order.
  • Non-defective returns made within 60 days of delivery or pickup will incur a 10% restocking fee and a 2.5% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
  • No returns are accepted after 60 days from delivery or pickup.

Procedures to Follow While Making a Claim / Return

  • Submit the claim to the company or to the assigned account manager to notify us of the issue.
  • Include the following items:
  1. A copy of the original invoice for the warranted wheels or products.
  2. A written statement or email explaining the issue encountered, the circumstances in which it occurred, and the year, make, and model of the vehicle on which the wheels were initially installed.
  3. Clear photo(s) showing the laser-marked serial number and product information for the warranted wheels or products, usually located on the inner barrel of the wheel, or clear photo(s) of the packing box label showing the serial number and product information.
  4. If more than one product is being returned, photos of each product must clearly show the different issue affecting each item.
  • Upon receipt of the product(s), the Company will inspect them in accordance with the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. If the returned product(s) qualify under the applicable warranty terms, the Company may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the warranted wheel(s) at its own expense.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for re-sending, removing, or re-installing the wheels on the vehicle, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, or other consequential expenses.
  • If a product quality issue is confirmed in advance, the Company will arrange collection through an appointed freight provider. The customer must prepare and label the product in accordance with the Company’s instructions and make it available for the scheduled pickup.
  • If the customer arranges the return independently, responsibility for the returned goods remains with the customer until the goods are received and confirmed by the Company.
  • Retention of Title: Goods listed in this invoice remain the property of CyberMetals until payment is received in full.
