1. Where are you located, and do you offer shipping Australia-wide?

A: We are located in Melbourne and are currently building our second warehouse in Queensland. All products are currently shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We offer Australia-wide delivery with the following shipping times: East Coast deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while deliveries to Western Australia generally take 3-6 business days. For remote areas, our sales team will contact you to confirm if additional freight charges apply.

2. Do you have a retail store? Can I visit in person?

A: Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, but it is not open to the public as a retail showroom. We offer pre-booked order pickups by appointment only. By operating without a traditional retail storefront, we keep our overheads low and pass those savings directly on to our customers through more competitive pricing.

3. Do you offer a pick-up service?

Yes,Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please make sure to bring the Pick-Up Ticket (not the order confirmation) for warehouse verification. The pick-up arrangement may take up to 2 business day after confirmation.

4. Do you offer wheel sizes other than the ones listed?

Yes, the sizes shown on our page are our regular standing stock sizes, we also offer custom wheel service from 17" to 24". You can contact us to get a production time and quote for customized products.

5. Do you offer a service for wheels and tyres?

Sorry we don't do tyres for now, At this time, we specialize in wheels as it’s where we can provide unmatched value. While tyres are widely available and follow standardized specifications, we’re more than happy to recommend trusted local tyre shops in your area. Simply share your postcode, and we’ll assist you with great options nearby!

6. Do you ship overseas? For example, New Zealand

Yes, we can provide you with an international shipping quote based on your address and zip code.
