Backorder Price Protection Policy
At CyberMetals, we understand that placing a backorder requires patience and trust. When you choose to secure a product before it is ready for immediate dispatch, you are relying on us to deliver not just the product itself, but the experience and assurance that comes with it. That trust matters to us, and we believe it should always be met with care, transparency, and fairness.
Because pricing can change over time, we don’t believe customers who commit early should feel uncertain or disadvantaged while waiting for their order to ship. For this reason, CyberMetals offers price protection on eligible backorders that have not yet been dispatched. If the price of an identical wheel or spare tyre kit is reduced on the CyberMetals website during a promotional period before shipment, you may apply for a refund of the price difference. Once verified, the approved amount will be returned to your original payment method.
This policy applies only to backorders that remain unshipped at the time of the price adjustment and only where the product model, specification, and finish are exactly the same. It does not apply to accessory items, shipping or freight charges, promotional bundles, complimentary gifts, or clearance products, and only one price adjustment may be approved per order.
To ensure fairness across all customers, requests must be submitted within the applicable promotional period and are subject to review. CyberMetals reserves the right to assess eligibility and administer this policy with consistency and discretion.
