CyberMetals Holiday Shipping & Pickup Update — Everything You Need to Know

With the festive season just around the corner, we want to make sure every CyberMetals customer is fully prepared for our year-end shipping schedule. Please read the details below to avoid delays and plan your orders with ease.

🚚 Last Shipping Cut-Off: 16 Dec, 10:00 AM

To ensure your order is shipped before the holiday break, 16 Dec at 10:00 AM will be our final dispatch cut-off for 2025.
Orders placed before this time will be shipped out in our final pre-holiday dispatch.

📍 Melbourne Local Pickup Available: 17–22 Dec

From 17 Dec to 22 Dec, shipping will be paused, but Melbourne customers can still pick up their orders locally.
It’s a great option if you need your spare tyre kit, floor mats, or accessories urgently before the holiday road trips begin.

🎄 Warehouse Holiday Closure: 23 Dec – 5 Jan

Our warehouse team will be taking a well-deserved break from 23 Dec to 5 Jan.
During this period, our online store remains open, and you can still place orders anytime.

📦 Operations Resume: 6 Jan

We will reopen on 6 Jan, and all pending orders will be processed and dispatched strictly in the order they were received.
