Arrive before father's day Delivery Terms and Conditions

1.Delivery Commitment: For orders placed on or before 28 August 2024, the Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery before Father's Day. Customers should understand that all delivery dates are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee or commitment by the Company regarding the final delivery time.

2.Remote Areas and Special Circumstances: Deliveries to remote or rural areas, as well as those affected by special circumstances, including but not limited to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, regional logistical issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, may experience delays. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from such circumstances.

3.Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by force majeure events. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, terrorist attacks, government actions, traffic disruptions, labor strikes, public health emergencies (such as pandemics or epidemics), or any other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control. In the event of such delays, the Company will endeavor to resume delivery as soon as practicable, but such delays shall not constitute a breach of contract.

4.Liability of Logistics Providers: The Company typically engages third-party logistics providers to fulfill delivery services. Customers explicitly agree and understand that, while the Company selects qualified logistics partners, any delays, losses, damages, or other unforeseen issues occurring during the logistics process are the sole responsibility of the logistics provider. The Company will assist customers in communicating with the logistics provider but shall not be liable for any losses or delays caused by the logistics provider.

5.Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from delays or failures to deliver due to the reasons outlined in these terms, including but not limited to refunds, compensation, liquidated damages, or other forms of indemnification. By placing an order, customers agree to and accept all provisions of these terms.

6.Advance Ordering Recommendation: The Company advises customers to consider potential delivery delays and place their orders well in advance to minimize inconvenience caused by unforeseen delays.
